What Sivamo is

Sivamo is an app for groups of friends who plan a trip together, and for organizers who publish trips for groups. It works on the site sivamo.app and in the app at my.sivamo.app. Sivamo is not a travel agency: the trips on organizers' pages are sold by those organizers. The Terms of use explain who is responsible for what.

Contact points under the Digital Services Act

Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) we have two contact points. Both work by email, so you always have a written record.

• For authorities (the Commission, the Digital Services Coordinators and the Board, art. 11): dsa@sivamo.app. We read it in Bulgarian and English.
• For users (art. 12): dsa@sivamo.app. You can write in English, Romanian or Bulgarian. A person reads every message; the AI assistant in the app is not a contact point. For help with Sivamo, you can also write to support@sivamo.app.
• To report a page that breaks the law or our rules, use Report this page at the bottom of each public page, or the report form. What happens next is in Content rules.

Authorities

• Personal data: the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg. You can also complain to the authority of the country where you live; in Romania, ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
• Consumers: the Commission for Consumer Protection of Bulgaria (KZP), www.kzp.bg. For consumers in Romania, also the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro.
• Digital services: the Digital Services Coordinator of Bulgaria.

Solving a dispute

Write to us first at support@sivamo.app: we answer within 14 days, and most problems are solved this way. If we don't agree, you can turn to an out-of-court body, for free or at a small cost:

• the conciliation commissions for consumer disputes of the KZP, in Bulgaria (www.kzp.bg);
• if you live in Romania, the alternative dispute resolution of the ANPC (SAL), anpc.ro/ce-este-sal;
• the European Consumer Centre of your country, which helps for free when the firm is in another EU country.

You can always go to court. If you are a consumer, you can do it in the country where you live.

Hosting

• Servers and database: Fly.io, in Frankfurt (Germany).
• Delivery of the site and the app, and storage of files: Cloudflare.

• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License (ODbL). Map images made with Protomaps and, as a fallback, OpenFreeMap with the OpenMapTiles style.

• The fonts Bricolage Grotesque, Figtree and DM Sans, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Sivamo is built with open-source software, used under the licences of each project.
• Photos and texts on organizers' pages belong to those organizers.
