Group trips, decided together

From maybe to let's go.

Proposals, votes with rules and a deadline, a budget nobody else sees. The AI suggests the compromise and plans the days. Everyone joins from one link, in one step, with no app to install.

Free during the launch · no card, nothing to pay

83 messages. 19 hours. One trip. Or one link where the group says yes.

What one group trip takes to plan, on average: about 83 messages and almost 19 hours. Survey of 2,000 women in the US, June 2026, commissioned by Discover Puerto Rico.

How it works

Three steps, one link.

From the first message in the group chat to the last evening of the trip.

  1. Step 1

    Send the link

Everyone joins from the link in one step: they sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or a code we email them, with no app to install. They mark the days they can come and set a quiet budget that only they see.

  2. Step 2

Vote, with rules and a deadline

Paste links and they become cards. Every vote has its rule and a closing time, and a veto needs a reason. When the group is split, the AI suggests a compromise.

  3. Step 3

    Go

Today shows what's next. Tonight brings tomorrow's briefing. The trip opens without signal, and Settle up says who pays whom at the end.

Features

Everything the group needs, from the first vote to the last bill.

In the order the group uses them.

Deciding

The group decides, together.

  • Join from one link in one step, with no app to install.
  • Mark the days you can come. Coming for part of the trip counts too.
  • Set a quiet budget. Only you see the amount; options over someone's budget are flagged without a name.
  • Paste a link from Booking, Airbnb or Google Maps and it becomes a card. Vote by the right rule: rank destinations, pick dates on a grid, say yes, no or veto on stays.
  • Talk it through under each proposal, or ask for 3–5 trip ideas with the weather and prices, each with its source.

Planning

A day-by-day plan, checked.

  • Make the plan from what the group decided: the stay, the places, the times.
  • See every day on the map, with the travel time between stops.
  • Check the weather and travel times: each shows its source and the date it was checked.
  • Share the booking tasks: who books what, and by when.

On the trip

The whole trip, in one place.

  • Open Today: what's next, where you meet, your tickets.
  • Get Tonight's briefing every evening at 20:00: when you leave tomorrow, where you meet, what to bring.
  • Go offline: Today and your tickets open without signal; with Plus, the whole trip, map included.
  • Read a place guide in 30 seconds, 3 or 10 minutes, with its sources. Find the emergency numbers and the embassy for each nationality in the group.
  • Add expenses, in other currencies too, at the ECB rate, and split them four ways. Settle up shows who pays whom.

The AI

It suggests. The group decides.

The AI does the slow parts and says where its facts come from. It never sees anyone's budget, only whether an option fits.

  • Suggests a compromise when the group is split, and says why.
  • Makes the day plan from what you decided.
  • Reads an organizer's offer from a PDF, a Word file, a link, text or a screenshot.
  • Translates comments, so everyone writes in their own language.
  • Comes included, up to a monthly allowance. You can also buy credits or connect your own Anthropic key or OpenRouter account.

For agencies, clubs and organizers

Your group decides. You stop chasing.

For anyone who organizes trips for others: agencies, tour operators, clubs, teams.

  • Import the offer you already have, from a PDF, a Word file, a link, text or a screenshot, and check it before you publish.
  • Publish a departure page with requests, a waiting list and seats for each part of the trip.
  • Take the deposit and the rest straight into your own Stripe account, with email reminders before the due date.
  • Message everyone, or only the people on one part of the trip.
  • Open a group for your participants: they vote on the options, you book what they chose.

For local operators

Transport, guides, activities, group stays: groups will ask you.

Sign up as a Sivamo partner now. When partner lists open, after the launch, groups planning a trip in your area can ask you for an offer.

Free to list and reply.

See how partners work

Everyone has a say. Nobody is put on the spot.

  • Your budget stays yours

Nobody sees the amount, not the group and not the organizer. Sivamo only says whether an option fits everyone's budget.

  • Nobody sees who said no

The group sees the count, not the names. A veto is anonymous too, and it needs a reason.

  • Every vote counts the same

The rule and the deadline are shown before you vote. When the vote closes, the group sees the result and why.

Questions

Good to know

Do the others need an account?

Yes, and it's one step: they open the group's link and sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or a code we email them. There's no app to install, and the account keeps them in the group on any phone or computer.

Who sees my budget?

Only you. Not the group, not the organizer, not the AI. Sivamo uses it to mark options as within everyone's budget or over someone's budget, without saying whose.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Today and your tickets open without signal on every plan. With Plus, or in an organizer's group, the whole trip is saved on the phone: the plan, the guides, safety and the map, up to 50 MB. What you change offline is sent when you're back online.

Is there an app?

Sivamo works in the browser. On your phone you can add it to the home screen: it opens like an app and works offline. It is not in the App Store or Google Play.

What does it cost, and who pays?

Nothing while we launch: every group has everything, with no card. The people you invite never pay, and organizers who sell departures don't need Plus. The prices after the launch are on the Pricing page.

What does the AI do, and can I use my own key?

It sums up the discussion, suggests a compromise, proposes trip ideas, makes the day plan, reads organizers' offers and translates comments. It suggests; the group decides. It comes included up to a monthly allowance, and you can also connect your own Anthropic key or OpenRouter account.

How do organizers get paid?

Straight into their own Stripe account: the deposit when they accept a request, then the rest by the date they set, with email reminders. The people on the trip pay by card, from the link they get by email.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Romanian, for now. Everyone picks their own language, and comments can be translated for the rest of the group.

Decide together. Go together.

One link in the group chat is enough to start.
